1.可锻性
1. Forgability
具有较低的热锻变形抗力,塑性好,锻造温度范围宽,锻裂冷裂及析出网状碳化物倾向低。
It has low hot forging deformation resistance, good plasticity,
wide forging temperature range, low tendency of cold cracking and
precipitation of network carbide.
2.退火工艺性
2. annealing process
球化退火温度范围宽,退火硬度低且波动范围小,球化率高。
Spheroidizing annealing has wide temperature range, low annealing hardness, small fluctuation range and high spheroidizing rate.
3.切削加工性
3. machinability
切削用量大,刀具损耗低,加工表面粗糙度低。
The cutting parameters are large, the tool loss is low, and the machined surface roughness is low.
4.氧化、脱碳敏感性
4. sensitivity of oxidation and decarburization
高温加热时抗氧化怀能好,脱碳速度慢,对加热介质不敏感,产生麻点倾向小。
When heated at high temperature, the oxidation resistance is good,
the decarbonization rate is slow, and it is insensitive to the heating
medium, so the tendency of pitting is small.
5.淬硬性
5. hardenability
淬火后具有均匀而高的表面硬度。
After quenching, it has uniform and high surface hardness.
6.淬透性
6. hardenability
淬火后能获得较深的淬硬层,采用缓和的淬火介质就能淬硬。
After quenching, a deeper hardened layer can be obtained and quenched with a mild quenching medium.
7.淬火变形开裂倾向常规淬火体积变化小,形状翘曲、畸变轻微,异常变形倾向低。常规淬火开裂敏感性低,对淬火温度及工件形状不敏感。
7. The tendency of quenching deformation and cracking is small in
volume change, slight in shape warping and distortion, and low in
abnormal deformation. The sensitivity of conventional quenching is low,
and it is not sensitive to quenching temperature and workpiece shape.
8.可磨削性
8. grindability
砂轮相对损耗小,无烧伤极限磨削用量大,对砂轮质量及冷却条件不敏感,不易发生磨伤及磨削裂纹。
The relative loss of grinding wheel is small, the limit grinding
amount without burn is large, and it is insensitive to the quality of
grinding wheel and cooling condition, and is not easy to occur grinding
damage and grinding cracks. |
