水泥模具怎么脱模？
1. 聚丙烯和ABS工程塑料的水泥模具，在浇筑预制前一定要在塑料模具内壁涂抹一定厚度的脱模剂，脱模剂一般可以是费机油、洗 涤液或其他一些有机溶剂，在根据水泥预制件的形状配合相关脱模机械设备来进行脱模，最为方便，而且水泥预制件脱模完成整体 质量更为优质，不太容易会造成其缺角、表面裂纹等次品产生。相关的配套机械设备，比如如果是普通的水泥平石、盖板等，水泥 模具及预制件都是平底结构，那么可以使用振动台来调整震动频率，非常容易。又或者一些水泥栏杆的预制脱模，可以使用离心机 转动脱模，道理其实跟振动台差不多，只是用离心机可以更好的保障圆柱体形状的水泥预制件质量更佳。

2.钢铁材质的水泥模具，一般采用钢铁材质的水泥模具尺寸都较大，所以在生产水泥钢模具时候会以锁扣可拆卸的设计来生产模具 ，在预制前也可以在水泥钢模具内涂抹一些脱模剂，然后直接拆卸锁扣、螺丝、螺母等固定配件即可完美脱模。

3.硅胶类的水泥模具，此类材质的模具脱模最为麻烦，一般尺寸较小，比较常见的有预制小花盆的水泥硅胶模具，预制完成一般直 接用手抠就可以，但是如果没有控制好硅胶模具的原料气泡，那么可能在水泥制品表面也会产生相对数量的小气泡，所以实际是比 较难控制且重复使用次数较低的一种水泥模具材质。
