六角护坡模具应用
六角护坡模具主要用于生产高铁护坡砖和高铁护坡砖,堤坝护坡砖的工具。

制作过程护坡砖塑料模具一般采用工程聚丙塑料经注塑机注塑成型,常见的为矩形护坡,六角型护坡,八字型护坡,人字型护坡拱形护坡等各种花型样式,护坡砖应用与堤坝主要用于防止水土流失作用,将混凝土置于护坡砖模具内,经震动台上震动成型后,水泥凝固后即做成了一块水泥护坡,护坡护坡砖注塑模具水泥护坡模具主要应用于生产高速护坡砖,堤坝水泥护坡砖使用,在模具盒内装入混凝土震动成型,自然凝固干燥后脱模具就可以使用了。
The plastic moulds of slope protection bricks are usually made by injection moulding with engineering polypropylene plastics by injection moulding machine. The common moulds are rectangular slope protection, hexagonal slope protection, octagonal slope protection, herringbone slope protection arch slope protection and other patterns. The application of slope protection bricks and dams are mainly used to prevent soil erosion. Concrete is placed in the mould of slope protection bricks and subjected to earthquakes. After shaking on the movable platform, the cement is solidified to form a cement slope protection. The injection mould of the slope protection brick is mainly used to produce high-speed slope protection brick. The dam cement slope protection brick is used. The concrete is shaken into the mould box, and the mould can be used after natural solidification and drying.
